This is the second of Author Dale Preece-Kelly's books, but hopefully not his last, and continues to enlighten and entertain with his enthralling presentation of what might be termed an 'Alternative' lifestyle but in reality is probably what more of us hanker after than care to admit - that of the freedom to believe our own 'gut instincts', in this case that our pets can and do tap into our inner most feelings and can release in us feelings we can not necessarily share with others...and most people who have had pets will be nodding their heads at that immediately! It is humorously written and littered with personal tales and examples that bring lumps to the throat and tears to the eyes in the way that makes you easily recommend the book to nearest and dearest and suggest it to anyone who has ever loved an animal.

As the mum of the girl mentioned in the book, Caitlin, who "HAD" a phobia of dogs, the release of this book couldn't have come quick enough for me! The attention to detail and information given by the author about all of his beloved animals and the work they do together in therapy is as empathic and heartwarming as I expected it to be. Dale writes just like he talks, his passion and love jumps out of each and every page and chapter in the book, as if he was there reading it to you!....And one proof of his work, if you were to ever need it, lives in my house! Now 12 years old, and continuing to embrace canines into her life....Thank you Beanz and Dale Preece-Kelly :)
