The recipes contain only natural ingredients, none contain palm oil, most use the same size mound, and all provide suggestions for substituting ingredients. The recipes range from really simple to a bit more creative. Thiswould be a brilliant guide for someone starting out with making soap; and for those with soaping experience, inspiration to try new oils and additives.I am a big fan of the Nerdy Farmwife and I had high expectations. I have not been disappointed :-)Aside from the recipes there is a wealth of information on ingredients, troubleshooting, natural colours and embellishments. I wish this book had been available when I started out...
