Great book focusing on CBT techniques to help overcome or manage anxiety, stress and panic. Comes with many practical examples so the user can read at their own pace and work their way through the exercises. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.

Really good book for CBT and its use to combat and help eliminate depression. Highly recommend the activities to help the reader commit to making it happen and to change the way they think and react to the signs of low moods. Excellent for developing the strategies required to help overcome and combat depression
