However, I’m sure that all of you will learn a lot of new training means, methods, and methodics from this book. What it will do is add a few tools to your coaching/athletic toolbox, allowing you to reach a new level of success in your training (or your athlete’s).

    I received this book and most of the photos in it are blacked out. It really detracts from the quality of the content.

    If you are a serious strength athlete or just starting, this book is worth every penny.It explains how the main exercises work in depth but worded so everyone can understand it, my best buy in books for advice yet!

    Worth hell of a lot more than it's weight in gold, not the biggest book in the world but who cares when it has all the advice you need to grow stronger, definatley one the top 5 books I'd recommend
