He is a highly regarded authority on strength training, nutrition and weight training injuries. Nick practices and resides in North Yorkshire, England.

    Unlike most bodybuilding books which use a human model with this book I can actually see what each exercise demonstrated works. From this I can choose a range of exercises to target different areas therefore not wasting my time by doing a set of exercises which target virtually the same muscles
