    New to training? Fancy achieving a great body? Get a different book. This book is unbelievably vague for more than a few difficult and technical exercises. The diagrams show poor form on many and dangerous exercises also depicted with little guidance or technique.Providing push ups into single arm rows, recipe for disaster, and only providing two guidance notes shows how quickly this book was shoved together and bundled out for sale under the pretence that the cast of 300 followed this guff is a joke.There are many youtube links for further information, so just skip this middle man publishment and go straight to youtube.

    I got decent results from this book and its easier to get along with than other books that I have used. The circuits are tough and challenging and were specific enough that I could tailor it easily to my next goal. I found that this book was geared mostly towards power, endurance and aerobic fitness and lots of illustrations made the exercises simple to copy quickly. Would reccommend as its a decent buy and you get the "300" training circuit chucked in as well.

    The book seemed very cheaply made, The exercises were not pictured or explained well.In my experience some of the kettlebell exercises that are pictured show bad form.The front cover looks good but as soon as you open the first page you can tell that a couple of guys have just thrown this together on there home computer.Avoid!

    Form is extremely bad throughout. Nearly all routines are referred to a YouTube link, so if you really want to buy the book, don't, just look on YouTube instead. Its one of these books I wish I had not bought. Really poor. The only good thing is the suggested reps and sets but you don't need a book to work that out....As a final note - if you want Kettlebell instruction go and find a good coach that hasn't studied from a book. Someone RKC or MKC approved!!! Don't get injured - train correctly!!!

    OK so it could have been laid out better and I thought they could have done a better job with continuity... but it does what it says on the tin, circuits which I found challenging and improved my fitness. Ps I got the paperback and not the Kindle version.

    I enjoyed working through this book. The circuits made a lot of sense and helped me get into better shape. It could have been set out a bit clearer and I'd have preferred a few more photos, but on the whole I enjoyed it and found it very useful.

    Bought this along with a few other training books and it compares really well. Interesting circuits which are easy to remember. Definitely seen an improvement in my fitness as a result.
